Guest-safe casting

The simplest way to keep your accounts safe is to never put them on the TV. Every Da Nang Flix room is built around casting: the guest opens an app on their own phone, taps the cast button, and picks the TV.

What the guest sees

• A simple home screen with a clear “Cast from your phone” prompt
• A bilingual guest card with a QR code that shows the steps
• Nothing to sign into on the TV itself

What you get

• No personal profile left signed in after checkout
• No viewing history, recommendations or purchases from a previous guest
• Fewer “how do I use the TV” messages

Good to know

Casting needs the guest’s phone and the TV box on the same Wi-Fi network. If your guests use a separate guest network, tell us and we will configure around it.
